Formula for Higher Education Performance-based New Funding Model in Progress
The IIQ Project provides support for improving funding mechanisms for higher education. Assignment is implemented by IBF International Consulting (Belgium), a multisector consulting company with 40 years’ experience in higher education sector. The company was selected through an international tender. IBF has already prepared the inception report – detailed and clear action plan outlining the scope of work, approach and methodology, stakeholder engagement plan, COVID19 mitigation plan for executing the assignment including a detailed timetable and detailed description of the duties and responsibilities of experts.
The inception report was discussed at the meeting held between the Consultant Company and Ministry of Education and Science. The participants talked over key issues and expectations of the Ministry towards the current assignment including specific advice and feedback as from the key beneficiary. Relevant stakeholder engagement will be ensured in the process of improving HE funding mechanisms.
Representatives of Ministry of Education and Science (MES), I2Q WB Project and Consultant Company participated in the meeting.
