A Workshop was held for Schools involved in the Whole School Improvement Pilot.

Within the framework of the I2Q project, the consulting company IBF International’s experts are working with the representatives of the pilot schools for the whole school improvement project. Whole school improvement mechanisms include internal quality assurance system approaches, data collection, and analysis. IBF International held another workshop on April 5-7, 2024, for representatives of schools involved in whole-school improvement piloting. The purpose of the meeting was to collect feedback from the schools and share the knowledge and experience gained during the piloting process. Representatives of 15 pilot schools participated in the event.

Schools’s high involvement in the workshop was exceptional. The workshop was cooperation-oriented. The schools shared their experience and acquired knowledge, but also specific projects. The projects were various for every school and adapted to their needs.

Whole school improvement is currently being piloted in 15 schools. It is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2024. Next year, 45 teachers from the mentioned 15 schools, under the supervision of IBF International experts, will cooperate with an additional 35 schools for the whole school improvement. They will share the acquired knowledge and experience.

The whole school improvement will be piloted in 50 schools in total.
