International Companies to Conduct EMIS Diagnostic Assessment

The I2Q Project provides improving the capacity of the Education Management Information System (EMIS). Assignment is implemented by the joint venture of international companies -EdTech Ventures Ltd (Ireland), H2 Learning (Ireland) and Conscience IT (India). The companies were selected through an international tender. The companies are staffed with highly qualified experts. They will ensure the diagnostic assessment of EMIS, Data Integration and Analytic Systems. The assessment will be used to improve data collection, data and system management and data use in decision-making.

Consultant companies held an introductory meeting with the representatives of MES, EMIS and I2Q Project. The meeting aimed to inform about planned activities and learn stakeholders’ needs.

According the data obtained from the assessment, international experts will propose recommendations and several options for capacity building of the EMIS, to strengthen and reorient the EMIS as a set of operational processes increasingly supported by digital technologies. Renewed EMIS will allow the collection, aggregation, analysis, and use of data and information at all levels from early childhood to higher education.
