Khashuri School N2 Renovated: A Modern and Accessible Environment for 400 Students, Supported by the I2Q Project (WB)
The Executive Director of the I2Q Project, along with Roland Price, the World Bank’s Regional Director for the South Caucasus, visited the fully rehabilitated Khashuri Public School No. 2 to inspect the completed work.
The rehabilitation of the school began in July 2023 and was completed in March 2025. The building of Davit Kakiashvili Public School No. 2 in Khashuri has been upgraded to meet modern standards. It includes all necessary educational facilities, such as a physical activity hall, and has been fully adapted for individuals with disabilities. The school is designed to accommodate 400 students.
The comprehensive rehabilitation of the school was funded by the World Bank as part of the I2Q project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia and the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia.
