The Project implementing partners are the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia (MESY) and the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF).
The legal basis for implementation of I2Q Project is the Loan Agreement No 8955-GE between Georgia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), dated, June 18, 2019.
System strengthening efforts are core to the project and include activities to promote a culture of data-driven decision making, active communication and stakeholder engagement.
The Project implementing partners are the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia (MESY) and the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF), supported by the World Bank. For effective management, the project implementing partners established Project Management Unit (MPU) of MESY and Project Management Team (PMT) of MDF.
